In Excellent Living, we specialize on managing properties so the HOA and/or the owners can be assured that their condominiums and houses will be in perfect shape and with all financial and/or legal requirements fulfilled. As a subsidiary of a bigger company (Vacations Times) we have access to a pool of experts in different areas (legal, accounting, taxes) and we will carry such expertise in our operations with you. Sadly we are aware of many property managers and owners that know about the benefits of having a formal AC (Asociación Civil) or have one but do not understand how to manage its accounting and taxes operations or do it in a faulty (and dangerous) manner. Working with us you can be assure that we can help you all the way, if you need help on starting a AC for managing your property, filling your tax declarations or completing other legal requirements (Asambleas).
